生活中總有許多的第一次，這個禮拜六，爸爸帶我去游泳的經驗，讓我印象深刻。
第一次進去游泳池，我既興奮又緊張，游泳池有種很重的味道，我不是很喜歡。在下水之前我先沖個水，水很冰又很涼，我覺得很緊張又害怕，所以我依直抓著爸爸。等我比較熟悉水的時候，爸爸就教我練習踢水，那天我不只踢水，還有完溜滑梯，真是有趣。
我覺得游泳有點難，一開始我是拿著浮板踢水，花了很多時間我才敢放開浮板，也比較不怕水了，也不會被水嗆到了，在游泳的過程中，我覺得輕鬆又自在。
這次的經驗我覺得很好玩，雖然是第一次，但沒有印象中的可怕，反而很順利，讓我非常期待下一次去游泳。
