有人喜歡要思考的數學；有人喜歡富創造力的美勞，而我最喜歡的科目是體育。

體育課是唯一能離開冰冷的教室，走到戶外的一門學科。體育課所學的項目有很多，例如:跑步、跳高、籃球、躲避球……等。這麼多項目中，我最喜歡的項目是-跑步。雖然我不是屬於速度型的選手，我對於耐力，我可是有十足的信心，我喜歡邊跑步篇想著許多的事情，藉由跑步來整理我的思緒。

因為我喜歡體育課，但是一星期只有短短兩節體育課，所以我選擇加入田徑隊，希望藉由專業的訓練與共同喜歡運動的隊友，讓自己保持常運動的好習慣，讓自己保持健康的身體。
